Richard Crawford: Producer, Director, Filmmaker
Sally Crawford: Producer
Richard’s and Sally’s multi-faceted careers encompass the Amusement business, filmmaking and interactive multimedia.

Richard began his career producing film reports for NASA and the Air Force for the space program. He then went on to do national TV commercials for Ford and Eastman Kodak, Arco, and others.

In addition to his corporate and commercial work Richard produced and directed, the award winning Captain Milkshake, the first dramatic full length motion picture to deal with the controversial issues around the Vietnam War. Captain was recently, screened as a special guest presentation at the Viennale, Rotterdam, and Leeds International Film Festivals.

Richard along with his wife Sally designed, built and internationally toured the world’s first laser multimedia theater, Laserdome. The 450 seat mobile theater played to audiences for 3 years across the country and in Canada and Mexico. Richard explored consciousness development with the early pioneers from Esalen and others including: Ida Rolf, Fritz Pearls, Henry Kellerman, Bill Gault, Alan Watts, Timothy Leary, Bernie Gunther and others.

Produced/directed the Terry Cole-Whittaker National TV program. The program was the first to introduce “new thought” weekly to Americans. The program was distributed into 450 markets and had a viewing audience of over 2 million. Sally Crawford headed up the fulfillment depart and coordinated and supervised all orders, correspondence, handling and shipping of all orders, requests, data entry and mail communications with the audience. Richard won an Emmy Award for outstanding religious program and a 2nd Emmy for the animation sequences used in the program. During this period Richard was associated with many celebrities and notables in the new thought movement including, Gavin Mc Cloud, Dennis Weaver, Tony Robbins, Shirley Mc Lain, Dianne Grey, Jerry Jampolski, and others.

Richard and Sally were founders of the New Age School that operated successfully for 3 years and established a landmark for alternative, loving learning under the curriculum and leadership of Joyce Chapman. Later while working with Neale Donald Walsch. Richard revived the The New Age school concept into its next expression, Heartlight.

Richard continued his career doing broadcast segments for programs such as That’s Incredible. His work with interactive multimedia training for such companies as Apple Computer, IBM, Ford and Nissan won Richard several Cindy Gold awards for excellence in the media. His 8 years of pioneering in interactive multimedia for training and education has earned his work a place at the Smithsonian Institute as an example of this medium. In 1987 Richard was the first American director to produce a joint Soviet-American documentary, Americans and Glasnost.

Richard served as the head of Staff for Recreation Foundation for the internationally famous author, of Conversations With God, Neale Donald Walsh. There he co-facilitated retreats with Neale and produced and directed television programs, audio books, multimedia and was in development of the feature film Conversations With God.

Present Richard and Sally have expanded their ONE Productions corporate communications division to assist start up and second round funding companies in raising capital for growth and development. In the last five years ONE Productions video presentations have assisted several companies to raise more than $100 million dollars for their projects using their videos as the primary capital presentation.

The company’s Entertainment division, Rainbow Star Entertainment is developing conscious thought programming for Lisa Nichols, one of the stars of The Secret and frequent guest on such shows as Larry King, and Oprah Winfrey. We are producing an ongoing documentary of her work with teens through her Motivating The Teen Spirit program. Recently the company produced the most recent DVD with Dr. Michael Beckwith, Pillars of Transformation.

The company’s motion picture studio, Dreamtime Global Cinema is developing a slate of five feature films. It’s next picture, Glorious Wings, is in production development and is due to start production in the summer of 2010.

Crawford’s national clients include; IBM, Ford, Nissan, Apple, Kodak, NCR, Ernst & Young, among others. Richard’s awards include four area Emmy Awards, 4 Gold Cindy Awards for multimedia, 4 Tellies, San Diego Film Festival Prize and the New York Art Director’s Award. Recently the Piano Wizard Infomercial won the highest award, the Silver Telly, in the infomercial category. Richard and Sally serve as directors of their Humanitarian Collective, an international foundation with programs for disaster relief and social change. Richard is currently the Director for Development for the OITC Global Education Network.
